Meetings
In addition, of course, we are specialists in meetings. Meeting at Stadbroekermolen means using our historic mill for your business meetings in peace and quiet. We can guarantee absolute privacy. Besides the various rooms within the mill, the surrounding gardens and terraces are also at your disposal. You can use these perfectly as break-out spaces. Fast switching, that's what planning a business event is all about.
Ready-made meeting packages can be requested directly at emg@stadbroekermolen.nl. Our meeting facilities are all available free of charge. Our venue has the following facilities:

Granary
The Granary lends itself perfectly to your meeting, training, gathering, drinks or company party.
Are you hosting a large group of guests? Then the Grain Barn, with its large capacity and its own sanitary facilities, is the suitable space for your event.
The Granary is extended at the back by a magnificent stretch tent. This can accommodate an extra 150 people! A perfect addition during a banging party or drinks party on a summer's day. This stretch tent also offers the possibility of outdoor dining. Perfect for both a tasty barbecue and a served dinner.
Capacity:
- 125 people theatre seating inside
- 60 people U-vrom inside
- 175 people standing inside and an additional 150 people outside under the stretch tent
- 70 people at round tables inside and an additional 70 people outside under the stretch tent
Miller Hall
The Millers' Hall lends itself perfectly to your meeting, training session, gathering, drinks or company party.
The room can be equipped with tables, chairs and audio-visual aids and has its own sanitary facilities. Together with you, we will be happy to look at the desired set-up.
The capacity can be increased via the Garden Room. This is a covered space adjacent to the Millers' Hall and can ideally be used as a sub-room during a meeting.

- 40 persons U-shape
- 125 people standing in the Miller Room and an additional 40 people in the Garden Room
- 70 people at round tables inside and an additional 25 people in the Garden Room
Duke of Gulik room
Meetings in style? You can do so in our beautiful Duke of Gulik room.
Located on the first floor, this room can accommodate groups of up to 25 people. The room can be prepared in various desired configurations.
In addition, the Duke of Gulik room can optionally be added as a sub-room in combination with a plenary room.

- 20 people U-shape
- 25 people circle arrangement
Roufs Hall
The Roufs Room is an extremely suitable space for business meetings.
The room is equipped with tables, chairs and audio-visual aids and is located on the second floor. Together with you, we will be happy to look at the desired set-up.
In addition, the Roufs Room can optionally be added as a sub-room in combination with a plenary room.

Garden room
The Garden Room can be used as a sub-room for up to 25 people. The room is equipped with tables and chairs. In addition, a flipchart can be placed here. It is also possible to serve a tasty lunch or dinner for small groups in this room.
Millstone room
The characteristic Millstone room can be used as a sub-room for up to 30 people. The room is equipped with tables and chairs. In addition, a flipchart can be placed here.
