The Duke of Gulik Room is situated on the first floor of the historic Stadbroekermolen and offers a peaceful, exclusive space for groups of up to 25 people. This characterful room can be arranged in a variety of layouts to suit your needs and is ideal for executive meetings, board meetings, small-scale workshops or confidential discussions. In addition, the room can optionally be used as a breakout room in combination with one of our plenary halls.

Whether you opt for a formal square layout for a board meeting, a flexible layout for a creative workshop, or wish to use the room as a breakout space during a larger conference, the layout is fully customisable. In collaboration with Event Management Group, the space is equipped with all the necessary facilities, such as a modern presentation screen and a flipchart, combined with high-quality catering.
