The strength of Stadbroekermolen lies in the combination of its spaces. In addition to the larger main room, the venue has several smaller rooms that can be used flexibly for receptions, breakout sessions, preparations, family rooms, meetings or quiet breakout areas.
 
As a result, a gathering never feels overcrowded or formulaic. Each space has its own function, whilst the venue as a whole retains a sense of calm and coherence.
The outdoor spaces are an important part of the experience. The courtyard, the wedding garden and the stretch tent ensure that the indoor and outdoor areas flow into one another naturally. Site visit and discussion of the quotation

You will visit Stadsbroekermolen accompanied by one of our experienced event managers. We will discuss the suitable venues, the desired layout, the technical requirements and the catering arrangements, and then finalise the date.

Fine-tuning details

Prior to the event, please provide the final numbers, dietary requirements and the latest programme details. The technical arrangements and use of the stage will also be finalised at that time.

Day of the event

The venues, technical equipment, catering and other facilities are all ready to welcome you and your guests, in accordance with the arrangements made.
